When I arrived in Koh Tao and sat down at Kuru Kuru, I instantly knew this place would feel like home, and for almost a month, it truly was.
The people at Kuru Kuru became my island family, and I loved spending my days there helping them shape and grow their new café-bar, which had just opened in July 2025.
